About Mike Warren
Mike Warren is an international business maverick that has been transforming businesses for over two decades. Mike holds a double MBA, is the CEO and founder of Business Mastery University and MISUniversity, co-founder of Boots2Suits, built a multi-million-dollar private equity firm, and is a best-selling author. He has shared the stage with celebrities such as Sir Richard Branson, Donald Trump, New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Robert Kiyosaki, Steve Wozniak (co-founder of Apple) and many more.
Growing up as an Army “Brat”, Mike had the opportunity to live in numerous areas and observe different lifestyles. His passion, even as a child, for understanding how to value and market products, led to his childhood beginning of reselling items he found in the dumpster to his local community. Although he enlisted and served in the military, he knew early on that he had a passion for business. This passion catapulted him into the world of real estate and buying and selling businesses.
In addition to operating as the CEO of two successful businesses, he is the #1 bestselling author of “The Exit Formula: How to Sell Your Business For 3x More Than It’s Worth Today”, an in- depth how-to book on “Growth Hacking”, and “How to Buy A Business Using Its Own Cash” which uncovers Mike’s personal strategies for buying businesses. He also Co-Authored a book with Jay Conrad Levinson, “Guerrilla Credit: How to get Cash and Credit For Any Business”. Mike and Jay have collectively sold over 26 million books worldwide.
Mike Warren has made it his mission to empower companies and entrepreneurs that are dedicated to giving back to their communities, and the world at large. The company which he co-founded “Boots to Suits”, is dedicated to helping Veterans transition from the military into civilian business ownership.
